DME Management School runs the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Programme in affiliation with GGSIP University, New Delhi. Business Administration is a course that enables students in effective management of business and corporate aspects which are required to steer and supervise business operations. DME offers an intensive 4-year program spread over eight semesters, aiming at building proficiency in business management. The program is designed to capture the contemporary issues in management through a hybrid of theoretical and practical knowledge imparted to students. The BBA program also familiarises students with concepts of accounting, finance, human resource management, organizational behaviour, economics, strategic management, international business, entrepreneurship, management information system etc. As a part of the curriculum, students go for summer internship programs to gain practical experience of the business world. Career prospects that students may opt for after pursuing this program include – corporate placement, entrepreneurship, pursuing higher studies, preparing for Government sector jobs like Bank PO, Railways, SSC – CGL etc.
We are graced with accoladed resource persons from the corporate and academic worlds to share management related insights to students through their own life experiences. The visits are designed and delivered through activity-oriented approaches like case-study discussions, role-plays, brainstorming, industrial visits, projects, presentations, and the like. DME ensures the students are appropriately equipped to enter the corporate world after completion of their degree by virtue of group discussions and mock interviews that are conducted for personal growth and corporate exposure to students.

Summer Internship Project Report and Viva Voice:
At the end of the Fourth Semester every student shall undergo Summer Training for Eight Weeks in the industry/Research or Academic Institute. After completion of training they would be required to submit the training report as per the dates decided by the university and they shall also appear for the viva voice. This component will be evaluated during the fifth semester. The students who are re-entering (after exit) in the fifth semester / third year, students will submit the Internship Report within one month of joining the Fifth Semester for evaluation.

Course: Summer Training Report

Course Outcomes:
CO1: Work and gain practical experience of working in a real business setting and environment.
CO2: Explore the various functional areas and correlate a few theoretical concepts taught in classrooms to real life work and life scenarios.
CO3: Identify and Analyze best practices,system, processes, procedures and policies of a company/industry in different functional areas and also identify areas with scope of improvements and recommend changes that may be incorporated.
CO4: Develop skills in report writing through observation, data collection , data analysis and present it as a report for analysis to the company.
Instructions:
Each Student shall undergo practical training of Six to Eight weeks duration after fourth semester in an approved business/ industrial/ service organization and submit Hard Copy of the Summer Training Report along with Soft Copy to the Director/ Principal of the Institution before the commencement of the Fifth Semester End-Term Examination.
The Summer Training Report shall carry 100 Marks. It shall be evaluated for 60 marks by an External Examiner to be appointed by the University and for the rest of the 40 marks by an Internal Examiner to be appointed by the Director/ Principal of the Institution.

Course: Internship
Students will be going for Online/In-house Industrial Skill-Based Training/Apprenticeship in place of a project.

Course: Minor Project-I

During the second semester each student shall undertake a project to be pursued by him/her under the supervision of an Internal Supervisor to be appointed by the Director/ Principal. The project should preferably be based on primary/secondary data.
The project title and the supervisor will be approved by the Director/ Principal of the Institution. It shall be evaluated by an External Examiner to be appointed by the University.

Course: Minor Project-II
Credits: 03

Assessment:
As per the amendments in the Ordinance by GGSIPU, the following distribution of weightage for evaluation will be applicable w.e.f. the Academic Year 2023-24:

The breakup of the continuous evaluation by teachers will be as follows: Please Note:
- The Internal Test will be based on the first two units.
- Presentations to be given in case of Non-Quantitative Subjects and Assignments in case of Quantitative Subjects.
- Comprehensive VIVA of complete syllabus will be conducted for all the subjects together and not for each subject separately.
- There is no provision of re-internals or re-VIVA.
- Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory both for the written exam as well as the VIVA.
