Vision

To stimulate creativity, innovation and foster convergence of marketing theories and practices amongst the stakeholders at DME Management School.

 

Mission

To give an exposure to its students and train the budding marketing managers through a wide spectrum of activities like educative lecture series, training sessions, simulation exercises, professional courses and certifications.

Objective

  1. Enhancing student employability by timely interaction with DMS Placement Team
  2. Improved industry internship attachment in Marketing domain
  3. Increased student’s ownership in DMS Placement Process
  4. Arranging and ensuring strong participation in Marketing management and skill development sessions.
  5. Understand new area of marketing like Tourism, Rural, International, Fashion marketing etc
  6. Conducting original surveys for marketing research
  7. Increased and continuous student participation from existing and alumni students for placement and internship work
  8. Support to DMS – TPO team in arranging various internship and placement drives, Marketing quizzes and competitions.
  9. Arranging and Inviting marketing and industry professionals for interacting with students

Vision

This club intends to impart knowledge of the financial markets to the students and to give them an early exposure to the market shades and trends. To nurture the finance-quotient of the students and fosters an environment that encourages a culture of continuous learning and application of the same.  The Goal of Finance Club is to promote a professional association within the realm of finance.

 

Mission

Omega –The Finance Club endeavors to bolster students’ financial acumen and provide a common platform to share and discover the A-Z of Finance. This is achieved by participation of students in the financial market through programs, workshops, seminars and competitions, hosting guest lectures from eminent personalities from the field of finance.

 

Objective

The club intends to provide:

  1. Comprehensive understanding of the finance industry.
  2. Learning opportunities to understand financial jargons / terms.
  3. Awareness about recent trends, Budgets and developments in the field of finance.
  4. Student employability for finance internships and placements.
  5. Working knowledge to the students about various financial softwares.

Opportunity

It’s a Student Driven body under guidance of faculty members. The purpose of this Club is to have a student led event management at DMS. Catalyst Club students will provide onscreen/anchoring and backend support for the department level events.

To develop a sense of initiative among students and promote student led event management at DMS.

Mission

To inculcate managerial skills among students to handle events and programmes in an organized manner so that they can learn resource optimization and real time management.

Objectives

  1. The objective of this club is to hone the communication skills of students and develop their confidence so that they are comfortable on stage.
  2. Bring students in the leadership role wherein they can handle events and programmes with the support of the faculty mentors.
  3. The role of the faculty mentors is to groom and train students for Events conducted at DME campus.

Opportunity

  1. To develop confidence and sense of initiative among students
  2. To give them hands on experience of handling events
  3. To instill resource optimization and time management – important managerial skills among students

 To hone and develop writing skills of students and promote student engagement for DMS Newsletter and social media handles.

Objectives

  1. The objective of this club is to hone the writing of students and develop their confidence so that they can contribute at a professional level as well.
  2. To give them an understanding of writing and managing social handles
  3. The role of the faculty mentors is to train students in their writing assignments so that they are able to identify their mistakes and improve.

Opportunity

  1. To get their work published in the DMS Newsletter
  2. To understand management of social media handles of an organization
  3. To improve grammar and written communication skills
  4. Co author papers and case studies with faculties
  5. Develop event reports
  6. Develop content for various types of media
